Services
Guernsey Drone Surveys provides visual, non-invasive drone inspections, aerial photography, aerial video and related reports. Services are subject to a site-specific assessment, suitable weather, airspace restrictions, operational limitations and any required coordination or permission.
A drone survey records visible conditions from accessible aerial viewpoints at a particular time. It is not a structural survey, building survey, valuation, engineering assessment or guarantee that a roof is free from defects.
Survey findings and recommendations
Reports and observations are based on imagery available at the time of the flight. Concealed, internal, intermittent or otherwise non-visible defects may not be identified. Water can travel from its point of entry before becoming visible internally, and further hands-on investigation may therefore be required.
Any recommendation is intended to help the client understand a sensible next step. Repair, access or safety decisions should be confirmed by an appropriately qualified and insured roofing contractor or other competent specialist.
Weather, access and airspace
Safety takes priority over scheduling. A survey may be postponed, shortened or cancelled if weather, visibility, people, property, airspace restrictions, aircraft performance or another site-specific factor makes the planned operation unsuitable. Where practical, an alternative date or approach will be discussed.
Prices and quotations
Website prices describe standard packages for typical residential properties and may change. Larger, unusually complex, restricted or commercial sites may require an individual quotation. The quotation or booking confirmation issued for a particular job takes priority over general website information.
