Guernsey Drone Surveys is a Guernsey-based sole-trader business providing visual drone roof inspections, aerial imagery and survey reports. For data-protection purposes, Guernsey Drone Surveys is the controller of personal information handled in connection with these services.

Information we may collect

• Your name, email address, telephone number and preferred contact method.
• The address or location of the property to be surveyed.
• Details you provide about the roof, suspected defects, leaks or other concerns.
• Messages, quotations, booking information, invoices and payment records.
• Photographs, video and survey findings relating to the property.

How we use your information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, assess whether a flight can be carried out safely and lawfully, arrange and perform surveys, deliver imagery and reports, manage invoices and records, protect the website and business, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

Our lawful grounds

Depending on the circumstances, information is processed because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, to comply with a legal obligation, or for legitimate business interests such as responding to enquiries, maintaining records, protecting our systems and improving the service.
